Larry Twitty, Jr. is a dynamic leader in diversity recruitment, serving as a Senior Diversity Talent Consultant at Principal Financial Group. With expertise in uncovering passive, diverse talent and crafting inclusive hiring strategies, Larry has a proven track record in driving equitable recruitment practices. His previous role as Senior HR Specialist/Recruiter at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines allowed him to implement bias-reducing processes and cultivate diverse talent networks. In addition to his corporate experience, Larry is deeply committed to community impact. He is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Spark Foundation, a non-profit addressing youth literacy gaps in underserved communities, and Co-Founder of My City My Health, an initiative that hosts health equity conferences aimed at transforming healthcare practices. Larry holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management and an Associate's degree in Business Administration.
